The plain-English version of how this site handles information, and the terms that apply to it and to any Kairos AI coaching engagement. Two short sections.
Privacy
The website
Static Astro site hosted on GitHub Pages. No tracking cookies. No analytics that fingerprint visitors. Standard server logs from the host may record IP addresses and request paths — that's outside our control and is governed by GitHub's privacy policy.
CTAs open a fresh email to jatinalla2000@gmail.com in your own mail client. No third-party form-relay, no analytics on submissions, nothing logged on our end beyond the message you send. We read it, may reply, and keep it only as long as is useful to the conversation. You can ask us to delete it any time.
Kairos AI coaching
If you become a Kairos beta participant, additional handling applies:
- Session notes are written and stored by us. Encrypted at rest. Accessed only by Jatin and Shalini.
- Internal AI pattern recognition runs across your own session notes to surface patterns we use to plan your next session. The AI does not coach you directly and is never used to train models that leave your engagement.
- We do not sell, share, or syndicate any client data to advertisers, marketers, or training-data brokers. Period.
- Deletion. You can request we delete all notes and derived signals related to you at any time, and we will confirm in writing when it's done.
When you email us, we get your email. We use it to email you back. We do not enroll you in any list or newsletter without an explicit second action from you.
Terms
The website is personal
The writing, photography, and code are mine. Opinions are mine, not those of any current or former employer including Google. Quoting and linking are fine; reposting full pieces without permission is not.
Kairos AI coaching is not therapy
Kairos coaches are not licensed mental-health clinicians. Kairos engagements are not psychotherapy, are not a substitute for psychotherapy, and are not appropriate during active mental-health crisis. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed clinician or — in the United States — call or text 988.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site, in a coaching session, or in any AI-generated artifact that comes out of a session constitutes medical or psychiatric advice. We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe.
The beta is the beta
Kairos is in active beta. The protocol, the AI layer, and the pricing are evolving. We will be transparent about changes that affect you. Joining the beta means accepting that the engagement is iterative. You can leave the beta at any time; if you have paid in advance, we refund unused sessions on a prorated basis.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither Jatin Alla nor Shalini Verma nor Kairos AI is liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in coaching. The total liability for any direct claim arising from a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid.
Changes and contact
If anything on this page materially changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect active Kairos clients will additionally be sent by email. For anything else: jatinalla2000@gmail.com. Real human reply.
